BIRMINGHAM can confirm further details ahead of their entrance into the National Development Trophy with their Ductair Bulls team.
The competition will run alongside the third division with the Perry Barr outfit competing against Kent Eagles, King’s Lynn, Plymouth and Workington.
The NDL and the NDT will have the same points limit and regulations, but they will run as separate entities.
And therefore it will be possible for riders to sign both for a club in the NDL and also a club in the National Development Trophy – therefore maximising their track time and almost doubling their meetings at this level compared with 2024.
The club would like to thank Sheila and Chris Bowen of Ductair Electrics who will continue their outstanding backing of development speedway at Perry Barr with the NDT side being known as the Birmingham Ductair Bulls.
Meanwhile, Laurence Rogers will be team manager for the competition and has been put in charge of assembling the side.
