Monster Energy will step up its involvement in the FIM Speedway Grand Prix series as they join forces with global promoter Mayfield Sports Events to launch the Monster Energy Triple Crown for 2026.
MSE has reached an exciting multi-year agreement with Monster Energy to continue its long association with the SGP series, which stretches back to 2012. They will serve as presenting sponsor of the 2026 FIM Speedway World Cup and official energy drink of Speedway GP.
Monster Energy will continue to play a very active role in enhancing the fan experience at Speedway GP events, with the Monster Energy Girls returning to the start line for 2026.
And, for the first time ever, both riders and fans have the chance to win prizes in the brand-new Monster Energy Triple Crown, which will be contested across the three Polish Speedway GP events in Wroclaw on June 20, Lodz on August 1 and Torun on September 26.
Riders’ race points from their five heat rides at each of these three rounds will be added together, with the highest scorer receiving an exclusive Monster Energy Triple Crown trophy after the final round in Torun.
It’s a competition with echoes of the sport’s one-off FIM Speedway World Final era pre-1995, which saw riders compete over a straight five rides for the sport’s biggest prize, with no semi-finals or finals.
The stakes will also be high for fans as they battle it out on the Monster Energy reaction test machine in our Polish Speedway GP fanzones.

The fans that set the fastest times in Wroclaw and Lodz will win tickets to the FIM Speedway GP of Poland – Torun, where they will face the fan who clocks the quickest reaction time in the fanzone at the Marian Rose Motoarena.
All three fans will compete in a final showdown to set the most rapid reaction time, with some coaching from our Monster Energy athletes, and the winner earns an exclusive VIP trip to the Monster Energy VIP Compound in Valencia to watch a huge weekend of two-wheel motorsport action in November, courtesy of Monster Energy.
Mayfield Sports Events founder Richard Coleman is delighted to join forces with Monster Energy to elevate the Speedway GP experience in 2026 and beyond. He said: “Monster Energy has become so much more than a sponsor for our sport and its fans – they are an integral part of the Speedway GP experience.
“Their SGP Fanzone activities are a great way of bringing the sport to its fans, and we are delighted to welcome the Monster Energy Girls back on to the start line for 2026.
“MSE and Monster Energy will look to build and develop our partnership to move Speedway GP and the sport of speedway forward under the new FIM Speedway promotion of MSE.
“We would like to say a special thanks to Monster Energy’s Joe Parsons, whose limitless passion for our sport is hugely appreciated by the MSE team as we strive to deliver fan-focused events. The Monster Energy Triple Crown is another fantastic initiative, and we cannot wait to see which rider takes home the trophy after the final round in Torun, and indeed, which of our fast-gating fans will be heading to Valencia.”
Joe Parsons, Director of Special Projects at Monster Energy, added: “We are thrilled to level up our long-standing partnership with Mayfield Sports Events through the launch of the Monster Energy Triple Crown.
“Poland has some of the most passionate speedway fans in the world, and by introducing a brand-new competitive stakes element for both riders and fanzone attendees, we are bringing an unprecedented level of energy to the 2026 SGP series.”
