PREMIERSHIP KO Cup holders Ipswich will launch their defence of the silverware with a quarter-final clash against Leicester.
The two sides met at the same stage of the competition this year with the Witches winning 48-42 on their home track and then completing the job with a 47-43 victory in the East Midlands, before going on to defeat Peterborough and Sheffield to lift the silverware.
The other quarter-final clash features a War of the Roses clash between old rivals Belle Vue and Sheffield.
With Oxford not competing in the Premiership KO Cup as they also race at Championship league level, Birmingham and King’s Lynn have received byes to the KO Cup semi-finals.
The Brummies will face the winners of the Ipswich/Leicester tie in the last four, with the Stars taking on the winners of the Belle Vue/Sheffield encounter.
